Abstract

A faculty member is one of the most important elements in the education process in universities, where is it a direct factor in achieving the desired goals to reach for higher levels of scientific competitiveness. This research is interested in the study of factors affecting the turnover of the faculty members in Jordanian private universities. The most important factors that have been studied are, Job Satisfaction, functional characteristics, preference that can be obtained when you do the same job in another university (Job equities), and demographics characteristics.
