Reslity the Administrative Scientific Research and factors of It's Application in the Institutes of the foundation of technical education

Abstract

This research aims at spreading spirit of scientific research in one of the important educational in Iraq throughout specifying it's factors, it's construction it's application and it's development. The factors are:- 1. Scientific fields and training. 2. Fields of systems and modern technical fields. 3. Fields of materialistic and moral motives. 4. Administrative and procedural fields. These factors were taken in consideration by teaching staff members concern with their different scientific titles and their emphasis on it's role in raising the efficiency of the administrative scientific research activity in the institutes of the foundation.
