A Study of some functions & factors that effecting on production plans implementation(Case study in Fans plant in state Company for Electrical Industries)

Abstract

The Electrical industry regards one of the most basic elements which leads to the social and economic development and an important power factor to any community from the communities. The sector of Electrical industries witnessed a great development in any fields such as increasing the current production in many fields ,improve the variant kinds of the production , to overcome the difficulties which faces the developing of the plant. The Main Problem of the research is in trying to study and analyze the factor Improvement to the production plans. Research objectives are to discussion and describe some Function & factures the Effect on plans production. The Research importance, generally the factor Improvement to the production plans from general company The Electrical industry. The Research depended in collecting data, on a special questionnaire (1, 2 ) it has designed from researcher in measurement the research variables of the study variations, it was distributed to an intended sample of (50). Represents on the general manager, the deputy of the general manager, main divisions managers, fan factory manager, the experts and the principals of Production Lines for these plant. For the sake of the data treatment, several statistical methods were used; such as (Percentage, Weighted Arithmetic Mean, Relativity Importance ( . Research found to some of conclusions to adopt the applying of development to the production plans for the company. Finally on the research offers some recommendations.
