The Future of the Electronic Learning in Iraqi Universities

Abstract

E-Learning is one of important subjects that research and studies is deals with it. Really many shapes and concepts are proposed that can be applied on Foreign and Arabic universities. In our modest research we study what is it e-learning, what are its main concepts and shapes. Give general framework for applying e-learning, generally in Iraqi Universities and especially in Al-Rafidain University College.
