Abstract

Unemployment is currently one of the most fundamental problems faced by most of the countries of the world, and considered one of the difficult problems in developing countries, especially Arab countries. The issue of unemployment in Iraq is of particular importance, given its high rates because of the restructuring of the Iraqi economy and due to the large number of problems resulting from it, and despite their importance, they were not closely monitored. Evidence for this contradicts official statistics among them as well as their contradiction with what is published by Arab and international organizations.Hence the research aims to shed light on the problem of unemployment in Iraq by clarifying the available treatment methods And that is by testing a number of special decisions by absorbing the unemployed from the campaign Bachelor's degree using the decision tree. To find the best possible solution, which are the decisions regarding the expansionary strategy (accommodating all the unemployed) and the treatment strategy (Absorbing part of the unemployed) and decisions to maintain the status quo Using QM for Windows This research has concluded to a set of conclusions. The most prominent of them was the appointment of unemployed persons in large industrial enterprises This is because of its positive impact on the country By activating the industrial, private and mixed sectors Which is characterized by its high potential To absorb the largest possible number of unemployed .
