Abstract

This research aims to study the impact of the High Commitment Management as an independent variable in the job performance as a dependent variable in Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital, as well as trying to come up with a number of recommendations that contribute to strengthening the practice and adoption of these variables in the organization under study, Based on the importance of the subject of research to the community. The analytical reconnaissance methodology was adopted in the completion of this research, the organization that was researched and its members (Al-Kindi Teaching Hospital). The research sample was represented by (doctors from the surgical, consulting staff and practitioners). The questionnaire was adopted as a tool in data collection, it included (43) items, and (65) questionnaire distributed to the research sample. It equal (58.6%) of the studied society, was provided with personal interviews and field observations as tools to help strengthen them . The research adopted the program (SPSS V.23) with the adoption of descriptive statistical methods to test its hypotheses (mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple regression coefficient). The most prominent results of the research were the presence of a clear impact of High Commitment Management in the job performance, which included four themes representing the first research methodology and theoretical framework and the third axis to present and analyze the results and test hypotheses, while the fourth axis devoted to conclusions and recommendations.
