Abstract

An estimation of reliability function for the Two-Parameter Weibull distribution by using the Mont-Carlo method of simulation to compare the following estimation methods, Maximum Likelihood Method, Method of Moments, Least Square Method, to find the best method of estimation this function, The researcher find that the Maximum Likelihood approach is the best in estimation of reliability function comparing with the other method of estimation through depending on the statistical standard Integral Mean Squared Error (IMSE).
