Innovation and its impact on leadership performance : pilots study in in the college of education and the college of arts in AL- Mustansiriya University

Abstract

This research is concerned with studding the coloration of innovation concepts that are represented by (intellectual exercise , introducing exclusive the new , a diction that cause unusual response , a directive human activity , distinct ability , “heavenly” inspiration) on performance concepts that represented by (organization activities , achieving cretin goals , style of management , studying the environment and choosing the best strategy) So the research enable us to introduce innovation which can tell us about any relationship between it and the performance and who can we use the benefit that come out of it to develop our colleges.
