الملخص

  الخلفية :علم النانوتكنولوجي هو علم يختص بتخليق جسيمات صغيرة جدا يصل قطرها الى اقل من 100 نانوميترولهذه الخاصية تطبيقات عديدة في مختلف فروع العلم والتكنلوجيا الحديثة ومنها استخدامها كنافلات لادوية وعناصر معينة للتقليل من الاضرار الجانبية لهذه العناصر بالاضافة الى زيادة فعاليتها.  يعتبر السلينيوم من العوامل المساعدة في تفاعلات الأكسدة والأختزال المهمة للنشاط اليومي لأجهزة الجسم كالجهاز المناعي لمحاربة الخلايا السرطانية والالتهابات ومحاربة الجذور الحرة بأعتبار السلينيوم جزء من انزيمات مضادات الاكسدة الطبيعية . تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تخليق جسيمات نانوية بأستخدام مستخلص الجرجير. المنهجية: يتم تقطير مستخلص الجرجير المحضر بتركيز 1% بأستخدام السحاحة على محلول الصوديوم سلينايت بتركيز 10 ملي مول مع تثبيت  درجة الحرارة والأس الهيدروجيني للمحلول , تغيرلون المحلول دليل على تكون الجسيمات النانوية . النتائج: تكون جسيمات نانوية مستقرة وبمعدل 39.4 نانوميتر والمثبتة بأختبارات التشخيص .

الأستنتاج: يمكن الأستفادة من مركبات الاختزال الموجودة في مستخلص الجرجير لتصنيع جسيمات السلينيوم النانوية المستقرة.
