Knowledge management ethics represent one of the contemporary intellectual developments in the modern philosophy of management that is more in line with environmental changes in the business world. To reach building creative capabilities, organizations must adopt a moral model to manage their knowledge. The current research highlights the ethics of knowledge, as the world witnesses many forms and methods of violations in all areas of knowledge. The research aimed to adopt a model for knowledge management ethics to build creative capabilities in the researched organizations, and to test the study model for building creative capabilities in the researched organizations from the Iraqi field reality. As the problem of the study became clear through answering questions that:•Is there a relationship between the ethics of knowledge management and building the creative capabilities of the researched organizations?•Does knowledge management ethics affect building the creative capacity of the researched organizations?•Does adopting the Paradice, et, al model for knowledge management ethics contribute to building the creative capacity of the research organizations.? A number of formations affiliated with the Northern Technical University were selected as a research community, and the results of the research confirmed the contribution of the knowledge management ethics model to building creative capabilities in the researched organizations.Downloads
