Abstract

This current research Tests the degree of possession faculty members in the College of Basic Education – Diyala University educational process management capabilities and synchronous-based Computer and Information Technology, The problem with the research over the possession of faculty research sample of computer skills education messaging as e-learning techniques, Questionnaire has been used as a key tool for data collection, and distributed to the research sample (65) form, It was deliberate choice of the faculty category exclusively to represent the research community, and form the proportion (38%) of the community, The purpose of research and achieve the goal of answering his own question formats hypothesis president who reported to possess faculty members in the College of Basic Education – University of Diyala skills to computer-based e-learning, Data were analyzed using the Statistical Package (SPSS), if used a number of statistical methods directionality to validate the hypothesis President, As well as sub-hypotheses emanating from it, including the arithmetic mean and standard deviation and coefficient of variation. The results were identical to loan research, has been shown to own faculty members in the College of Basic Education – Diyala University computer skills education Synchronous and against which has been drafting a set of recommendations that will hopefully be taken advantage of those concerned in the current research.
