The Role of Strategic Analysis (SWOT) to Identify the Strategic Vision of the Educational Organization - Analytical Study on the Colleges and Institutes of Technical Education / Baghdad

Abstract

The study shows the changing relationship (SWOT) and the variables involved in determining the strategic vision of the educational organization, as it included the first part of the study the theory to keep supervision over the study variables and important study and analytical framework for hypotheses, based on two assumptions allocated to pry the study.1 - There is a significant correlation between moral analysis (SWOT) and strategic vision of the educational organization.2 - There is a significant effect between moral and strategic vision and analysis swot)) of the educational organization.Descriptive approach has been used for the analysis based on statistical methods and tools of the most important form of a questionnaire and extraction coefficient of correlation and regression and the degree of validity and reliability and reliability in addition to the status table and ratios.The study concluded with a number of recommendations and conclusions that contribute to clarify the relationships between the dimensions of the study and their variants, as well as to develop the means and mechanisms that can be applied to the reality on the ground of Schools and Institutes of Technical Education.Keywords: Strategic Analysis, Strategic Vision, Educational Organization.
