Abstract

This research aims to show the impact of training, employee development and organizational commitment on the innovation of employees and to identify the reasons that prompted their interest in the field of management. The problem of the current research stemmed from a case of measurement and analysis of the role of organizational commitment in strengthening the relationship between training and development of employees and the level of their innovation researched organization. The general administration in the Medical City in Baghdad was selected as a research community, and a sample of (213) employees of the aforementioned organization was selected. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool for data collection, and SPSS program is used to analyze the results by adopting a group of statistical methods, including the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, coefficient of variation, correlation coefficient, and the regression coefficient. The research reached a set of conclusions, most notably is the influential role of organizational commitment, training and development of workers on their level of innovation.
