This paper aims to illuminate the significance of including visionary leadership as a crucial and effective tool in order to expose, generate, and introduce valuable ideas plus invent means and replaceable methods to function them in developing workforce and creating flexible and innovative job practices. Visionary leadership can effectively have an impact on knowledge sharing among workforce by making employees more dedicated and loyal to function their duties without directions, instructions, and follow-up missions. The basis of the current study function on having an influence on knowledge sharing, intellectual foundation, and promoting the benefit of Acknowledge efficiency and administrative and soft skills in order to create sufficient and effective workforce and set good communication with their supervisors at work by providing supportive atmosphere and necessary equipment to make visionary leadership approaches successful. The sample study included 80 individuals in the conduct study questionnaire which is utilized as a tool to collect data. Random selection has been taken among directors, managers, head of units, and employees at administrative affairs department at University of Baghdad. The results of the study indicate that there is a close relation of phases of visionary leadership at knowledge sharing. Training programs that are available to employees have been associated positively with the development of learners' knowledge so as to participate them in the work environment. A number of conclusions and recommendations are presented in light of the research findings.Downloads
